License
Effective date: 31 August 2026 · Last updated: 31 August 2026
This License is between you and Van Zandt, LLC (“Licensor,” “we,” “us”). It covers this company website (vanzandt.ai) and its text, layout, original graphics, and trademarks as displayed here (the “Site Content”).
It does not license DrinkLink, TripGuard, AxionTrade, SideGig, or Vanzen application binaries, APIs, or models. Those products, when launched, will have their own end-user license agreements and store terms. Installing an app from Apple or Google is a separate transaction.

1. Grant — website
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access the Site and to display Site Content in a web browser for your personal, informational, and non-commercial use, together with ordinary search-engine indexing that respects robots.txt.
2. What you may not do
Except as law non-waivably allows, you may not:
- copy, scrape at scale, republish, or create derivative works of Site Content for commercial use;
- remove proprietary notices or “patent pending” markings;
- use Van Zandt, DrinkLink, TripGuard, AxionTrade, SideGig, or Vanzen marks in a way that suggests sponsorship;
- frame the Site so as to mislead users about origin;
- use Site Content to train a competing commercial model without a written license;
- practice, license, or sublicense the tokenization methods described on the Site — no patent license is granted.
3. Ownership
Site Content is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest, including copyright, trademark, trade-dress, and patent rights (including pending applications). See Patents.
4. Open-source components
The Site is built with third-party open-source libraries (including Next.js, React, and others) under their own licenses. Those licenses govern those components only. They do not license our marks, product names, original copy, or pending patent rights.
5. Product software (when launched)
Each application will be licensed under a product EULA. Typical terms (subject to the then-current EULA) include: a personal or organization-limited license to install on devices you control; no reverse engineering except as law allows; no resale; store operator terms if you download from an app store; termination on breach. Until an app is listed, this paragraph is notice only and does not activate a software license.
6. Feedback
If you send ideas or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you. Do not send anything you are not willing to give on those terms.
7. Termination
This License lasts until terminated. It ends automatically if you breach it. On termination, stop using Site Content beyond ordinary browser cache expiry. Sections that by nature should survive (ownership, patents, disclaimers, governing law) survive.
8. Disclaimer and liability
Site Content is provided “AS IS.” Disclaimers and liability limits in the Terms of Use apply to this License as if fully set out here.
9. Governing law
Wyoming law governs. Courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited. See the Terms of Use.
